I KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT A LOT OF THINGS.
But I don’t know a lot about everything.
One thing I know for sure is that I have been through a lot in life and have so much to share with the world. If just one person can take away something from my words about my experiences then I will leave part of the world a better place.
My mantra is to find the positive in every situation and sometimes we have to dig deep to find it but it’s there, trust me. It doesn’t mean that finding the positive side of a bad situation will make it go away, it just means that it makes it a little easier to understand why it happened in the first place.

These were the words I told my staff in 2011 when we found out we were all losing our jobs. I was angry but mostly I wanted them to be ok. I couldn’t think of anything else to say but I knew leaving them with these words were the truth, even if they didn’t believe me at the time.
Following them through social media today, each and every one of them are right where they should be, doing the things that were waiting for them ahead.
The thing is that no matter what happens next, we have no choice but to adapt to life as it takes shape. In order to get to where we are going we need to maneuver the path ahead of us, mud puddles, detours and all!
